AffordableAutoProtection.net is operated by Ebbiflow LLC, a Florida-based marketing company specializing in connecting consumers with licensed insurance professionals. We operate this website as a lead generation service in the auto insurance vertical.

Our role in the value chain is simple: we help consumers who are searching for better auto insurance rates find licensed agents who can assist them. We earn revenue when consumers are successfully matched with agents — there is no cost to you for using this service.

What We Do

When you submit our rate check form, we:

• Collect and verify the information you provide
• Match your information with one licensed Florida auto insurance agent from our network
• Transmit your contact information to that agent via our secure lead distribution system
• Document your TCPA-compliant consent using TrustedForm certification from ActiveProspect

We do not quote rates, recommend specific carriers, or advise on coverage levels. All insurance-related guidance comes from the licensed agent who contacts you.

Our Agent Network

All agents in our network hold current auto insurance licenses issued by the Florida Department of Financial Services (FLDFS). We verify agent licensure status before onboarding and conduct periodic re-verification. Agents typically hold Florida 2-20 (General Lines) or 4-40 (Customer Representative) licenses.

Our Compliance Commitment

We take consumer protection and legal compliance seriously. Our practices include:

• TCPA Compliance: Every form submission requires explicit, non-pre-checked consent before any marketing contact occurs. Consent is certified by TrustedForm.
• DNC Compliance: Phone numbers are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry on a weekly basis, at minimum.
• Time-of-Day Rules: All agent contacts are restricted to 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM in the consumer’s local time zone.
• Consent Revocation: We honor all revocation requests within 10 business days, per FCC rules effective April 2025.
• Exclusive Lead Delivery: Your information is shared with one agent per submission — not sold to multiple parties simultaneously.

How We Handle Your Data

Your personal information is used only to connect you with a licensed agent and to fulfill our TCPA compliance documentation requirements. We do not sell your data to data brokers, list aggregators, or any party other than the single agent your lead is assigned to.
