1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AffordableAutoProtection.net or submitting our rate check form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this website or submit your information.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ebbiflow LLC, the operator of AffordableAutoProtection.net.

2. Service Description

AffordableAutoProtection.net is a free consumer lead generation service. When you submit our form, we:

• Collect the information you provide (name, phone, email, city, vehicles, insurance status)
• Match your information with one licensed Florida auto insurance agent from our network
• Transmit your contact information to that agent so they can reach out to you
• Document your TCPA consent using TrustedForm certification

This service is provided at no cost to you. We are compensated by insurance agents and carriers when you choose to purchase a policy through one of our network agents.

3. We Are Not an Insurance Company

The licensed agents you are connected with are independent professionals responsible for their own recommendations and representations. Ebbiflow LLC makes no representations about the quality, suitability, or accuracy of information provided by agents in our network.

4. Eligibility

By using this service, you represent that you are:

• At least 18 years of age
• A Florida resident or seeking auto insurance coverage for a vehicle registered in Florida
• Providing accurate, truthful information in the form
• Submitting the form on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party without their consent

5. TCPA Consent & Marketing Communications

By submitting the form on this website, you provide prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC regulations authorizing AffordableAutoProtection.net and its network of licensed insurance agents to contact you via:

• Autodialed or prerecorded telephone calls to your provided phone number
• Text messages (SMS/MMS) to your provided phone number
• Email to your provided email address

This consent is for auto insurance marketing purposes only. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. By submitting, you acknowledge you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply.

Your consent is documented by a TrustedForm certificate (ActiveProspect) generated at the time of your submission, which records the date, time, and content of the consent agreement you agreed to.

6. Revoking Consent

You may revoke your consent at any time by any reasonable means, including:

• Emailing info@affordableautoprotection.net with “TCPA Revocation” in the subject line
• Replying STOP to any text message
• Verbally requesting removal when contacted by an agent

We will honor all revocation requests within 10 business days of receipt and notify any agent who received your lead information.

7. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting the form. Providing false information may result in being connected with agents who cannot serve your actual insurance needs, and may constitute fraud. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

8. No Rate Guarantee

Submission of this form does not guarantee that you will receive a lower insurance rate, be offered any specific coverage, or be approved for any insurance policy. Rates and availability depend on factors determined by individual insurance carriers and agents, including but not limited to your driving record, credit history, vehicle type, and coverage requirements.

Any rate statistics referenced on this website (e.g., average savings amounts) are illustrative examples based on general market data and do not represent guaranteed outcomes. Individual results vary.

9. Third-Party Agents

The licensed insurance agents in our network are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Ebbiflow LLC. We do not control and are not responsible for the actions, recommendations, or representations made by any agent who contacts you as a result of using this service.

All agents in our network hold current Florida Department of Financial Services (FLDFS) auto insurance licenses at the time of engagement. We verify active licensure but cannot guarantee continued licensure after referral.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EBBIFLOW LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY AGENT WILL SUCCESSFULLY CONTACT YOU.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EBBIFLOW LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100. IN NO EVENT SHALL EBBIFLOW LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if Ebbiflow LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ebbiflow LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of this service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading information.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on AffordableAutoProtection.net, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by or licensed to Ebbiflow LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
