1. Who We Are

AffordableAutoProtection.net is a lead generation service operated by Ebbiflow LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We help Florida consumers connect with licensed auto insurance agents who can compare rates and coverage options on their behalf.

We are not an insurance company. We do not sell insurance, bind coverage, or provide insurance quotes. We generate consumer leads and connect them with licensed insurance professionals.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information you provide when using AffordableAutoProtection.net.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you submit our rate check form, we collect:

• First Name and Last Name
• Phone Number (used for agent contact and TCPA consent documentation)
• Email Address
• City (your current city of residence)
• Vehicles in Household (number of vehicles)
• Current Insurance Status (whether you are currently insured, recently lapsed, or uninsured)
• Language Preference (English, defaulted from form submission)

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site, we may automatically collect:

• IP address, browser type, and device type
• Pages viewed, time on site, and referring URL
• UTM parameters from advertising campaigns (source, medium, campaign, content)
• TrustedForm certificate URL (generated by ActiveProspect for TCPA compliance documentation)

Consent Certification

All form submissions generate a TrustedForm certificate (provided by ActiveProspect, Inc.). This certificate documents the time, date, and content of the consent obtained from you, as required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). This certificate URL is stored with your lead record and provided to any agent who receives your information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Match you with licensed Florida auto insurance agents who can help you compare rates
• Transmit your lead information to our agent network via our lead distribution system (Make.com)
• Document your TCPA consent for compliance purposes
• Log and track lead delivery for quality assurance
• Analyze advertising campaign performance (via Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4)
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your personal information with:

• Licensed Insurance Agents: We transmit your name, phone number, email, city, vehicles, and insurance status to one licensed Florida auto insurance agent per submission (exclusive lead delivery).
• Technology Service Providers: We use Make.com (automation), Google Sheets (data logging), Twilio (SMS notification), Gmail (email notification), Zoho Bigin (CRM for NHP Life agent organization), and ActiveProspect TrustedForm (consent certification).
• Analytics Providers: We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics 4 to measure advertising performance. These providers may set cookies and collect usage data per their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your data to data brokers or list aggregators. We do not share your information with more than one insurance agent per submission.

5. TCPA Consent & Communications

By submitting our form, you provide prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) authorizing AffordableAutoProtection.net and the licensed insurance agents in our network to contact you at the phone number and email address provided, including via:

• Autodialed or prerecorded telephone calls
• Text messages (SMS/MMS)
• Email communications

This consent is for insurance marketing purposes only. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. We only contact consumers between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in their local time zone, as required by law.

We scrub phone numbers against the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry on a weekly basis, at minimum.

6. Revoking Consent

You have the right to revoke your consent to be contacted at any time, by any reasonable means. To revoke consent:

• Reply STOP to any text message we send
• Tell any agent calling you that you wish to be removed from contact lists
• Register on the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov

We will honor revocation requests within 10 business days of receipt, in compliance with FCC rules effective April 2025. Once you revoke consent, we will cease all marketing communications and notify any agent who received your lead.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

• Measure website traffic and user behavior (Google Analytics 4)
• Track advertising conversions (Meta Pixel)
• Remember UTM parameters from your advertising session (sessionStorage)
• Generate TrustedForm consent certificates (ActiveProspect)

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for 5 years from the date of submission, unless a shorter period is required by law or you request deletion. This retention period supports:

• TCPA compliance documentation requirements

TrustedForm certificates expire according to ActiveProspect’s retention policies. We archive certificate URLs with each lead record for the full 5-year period where possible.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access to lead data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

10. Florida Residents’ Rights

As a Florida resident, you may have the following rights under applicable Florida law and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) framework we voluntarily honor for all users:

• Right to Know: Request information about what personal data we hold about you
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Right to Opt Out: Opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell data to third parties)

AffordableAutoProtection.net is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at info@affordableautoprotection.net.
